Author, director, Bruno Masi began in 1998 as a journalist in the cultural department of the daily Libération.
In 2011, he co-directed the webdocumentary La Zone– Retour à Tchernobyl. (Agat films & Cie/lemonde.fr/La Gaîté Lyrique) which earned RFI-France 24’s price and Inovation price in Festival du Nouveau Cinema in Montreal.
In 2014, he designed the 1914 Dernières Nouvelles‘s programme (Films d’ici 2 Production/Arte) which received FIPA d’Or at the International Festival of Audiovisual Programs in Biarritz. Alongside Michel Reilhac, he develops the transmedia accompaniment #LESBISONS for the launch of the exhibition Les Indiens des Plaines at the Quai Branly Museum.
In 2016, he realized for Arte the interactive device Radioactivity for the thirty years of the Chernobyl accident. He is also at the origin of the economic documentary series Déchiffrage (The films d’Ici 2 / Arte) and author of two books: La Zone (story) and Nobody (novel) published by Naïve. Since 2011, he is educational manager at INA, in charge of Web and Journalism.
